Are there transaction fees?
Clozo charges no transaction fees. Standard Stripe processing fees apply when clients pay by card, iDEAL, Bancontact, or Bizum. SEPA bank transfer is always free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Does VAT apply to the subscription?
VAT is added at checkout where applicable (B2C in your country's rate; B2B with valid EU VAT ID: reverse charge at 0%).
