Status: Viewed โ your client has opened the link
The client clicked the email button, entered the PIN correctly, and saw the proposal. Status flips from `Sent` to `Viewed` automatically. From here, the next state is `Signed` (or `Declined`).

The Viewed event is your "delivery confirmed" moment. It tells you the email was received, was openable, the PIN was correct, and a human (or someone with access to the inbox) actually saw the proposal. If a week passes after Viewed with no Signed, that's a meaningful gap โ usually means the client is hesitating on something specific.

If 48 hours pass without
Signed, a friendly nudge often unblocks. From/proposals/{id}โ Actions โSend follow-up. We pre-fill a polite check-in in the proposal's language; you can edit before sending.Watch for revisions.
If the client clicks
Request changeson the public page (rare but possible), you get an email with their note and the proposal returns to a draftable state.
