Why this works this way
Clozo is built around a single idea: the contract you send to your client should be the same document that they sign, that triggers the invoice, and that the payment is recorded against. Most freelancer tools split that into separate apps; the duplication is where mistakes and lost money happen. By keeping the proposal, signature, invoice, and receipt in one chain of legal documents, Clozo makes your bookkeeping correct by construction.
We're EU-first and we mean it: every invoice meets EU VAT Directive Art. 226 requirements, every signature is eIDAS-compliant, retention follows national rules (10 years for German GoBD, similar elsewhere), and the e-invoicing formats your tax office may require — Peppol, Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, FacturaE, KSeF, FatturaPA — are all available from a dropdown when you download an invoice.
