"I can't see my clients in the proposal wizard"
Either no clients exist (new account), or a filter is hiding them, or there's a permissions / sync issue. Most-common fix: open `/clients` directly to confirm the list, then return to the wizard.
The client dropdown in the proposal wizard reads from your live client list. If it's empty when you expect names, something is filtering or caching incorrectly.
Step by step
Open
/clientsin a new tab. If the list is empty, you simply have no clients yet — add one.
If
/clientsshows clients: return to the wizard and refresh.
If still missing
: clear browser cache for
useclozo.comand re-login.
Why this works this way
The wizard pulls clients via the /api/v1/clients/ endpoint, which excludes soft-deleted records. If you've recently archived clients, they won't appear. There's also a per-tab cache layer that occasionally serves stale data; a hard refresh resolves it.
