"How can I see what's happening behind the scenes?"
Three places in the Clozo UI surface diagnostic information you can read yourself: the proposal Timeline (event log), the Documents dropdown (file state), and the proposal history (status transitions).
You don't need backend access to debug most issues. The Clozo UI surfaces the audit trail in three views; learning where each lives makes self-diagnosis fast.
Step by step
Open the proposal detail page
for the proposal in question.
Scroll the Timeline
for the event you're investigating.
Open the Documents dropdown
if the issue involves a specific PDF.
Use Activity log
at
/dashboard/activityfor cross-proposal questions.
Why this works this way
Timeline (per proposal): located on the proposal detail page, right column. Shows every event Clozo recorded — sent, viewed, signed, paid, amended, refunded, reminder fired, document generated. Each event has a timestamp; some (signing, viewing) include the IP and User-Agent of the client.
Documents dropdown: top-right of the proposal detail page. Lists every PDF generated for this proposal (PRO, AGR, DEP, INV, REC, ADD, SADD, STR, DCR, CRN). Each has Download and (where applicable) Regenerate buttons.
Status history: a sub-view of the Timeline filtered to status-change events. Useful for "when did this proposal go from Sent to Signed?" type questions.
Activity log: /dashboard/activity shows cross-proposal events. Useful when you can't remember which proposal hit a milestone.

Every email Clozo sends, in one table
Clozo dispatches 13 distinct transactional emails across the proposal and amendment lifecycle. This page lists each one, who triggers it, who receives it, and what's attached.
