De eindbetalings-e-mail is de formele afsluiting van de opdracht. Hierna staat de offerte op status Betaald, en (wanneer u de voltooiing bevestigt) gaat hij naar de definitieve status Voltooid.

Status schakelt naar Betaald. Tijdlijn toont "Eindbealing bevestigd via [methode]" en "Bon verstuurd". Een nieuwe knop Markeren als voltooid verschijnt in het Acties-menu β als u hierop klikt, gaat de offerte naar de definitieve status Voltooid.
Why this works this way
Bonnen worden gesplitst per BTW-fase β als het voorschot is betaald tegen een BTW-tarief en de eindbealing tegen een ander (zeldzaam, alleen als uw belastingregeling halverwege het project is gewijzigd), krijgt elke fase zijn eigen bon-PDF. De meeste projecten produceren in totaal twee bonnen: één voor het voorschot en één voor de eindbealing. De PDF's zijn onveranderlijk in R2 β als u ooit opnieuw moet uitsturen, klik dan op Bon opnieuw genereren en er wordt een nieuwe revisie aangemaakt met een versie-achtervoegsel.

Status: Awaiting final payment, then Paid
You've issued the final invoice. The client now owes the remaining balance (full amount minus the deposit they already paid). When the money lands, status flips to `Paid` and the final receipt is generated.
Lifecycle
Status: Completed β the proposal lifecycle is done
You've delivered the work, the client has paid, you're marking the project officially closed. `Completed` is a terminal state: no more emails, no more status changes (except Amendments which create branches). The proposal now lives in your archive.

Refresh status β pull-based sync when the Stripe webhook didn't land
Webhooks aren't perfect. When a credit note appears stuck in `requested` despite Stripe having processed the refund, click `Refresh status` to pull the current state from Stripe directly. Same transition logic as the webhook; no risk of double-firing side-effects.
